Do I need my own AI account or API key?
No. AI is built into every plan, so there is nothing to set up or pay for separately. Each plan has monthly limits on RFP screenings and proposal generations, listed under Pricing.
Which file types can I upload?
PDF, Word (DOCX, DOC), Excel (XLSX, XLS) and PowerPoint (PPTX). You can add several files to one RFP and the analysis reads them together.
What does the free plan include?
The Free plan is free and includes 10 AI RFP screenings, 5 branded proposal generations and 5 branded slide decks each month, plus your company profile with logo, colors and fonts. Leads are on Professional and above, and team seats are on Enterprise.
Can I use my own branding?
Yes. Add your logo, colors and fonts to your company profile and your proposals follow them. On paid plans you can also upload your own PowerPoint template and Bid Levitate fills it in.
Who stays in control of the decisions?
You do. The workflow has approval gates: the proposal is only generated after you approve the go/no-go decision, and slides only unlock after that. Every output is a standard DOCX or PPTX file you can edit before you submit.
How long does each step take?
Typically 20 to 40 seconds for the match analysis, about 30 seconds for the proposal document and one to two minutes for slides. You can keep working while a step runs.
Where do my leads come from?
Leads gathers open RFPs from public listing sites. You can search them by region and due date, then add the good ones to your pipeline in one click or skip the rest. Leads is included on Professional and above.
How is my data handled?
Your files and company profile live in your private account, protected by hashed passwords and optional two-step verification. You can delete your account, and the data in it, yourself from Settings at any time. Our Privacy Policy explains exactly what we collect, how we use it and which service providers help us run Bid Levitate.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancel from Billing in your account settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you can resume it before then.
